My wife and I felt it fitting to write this letter following the successful completion of our new build and renovations. Ilze Reinke was recommended to us and went to meet her at a show. We were impressed with her ideas and advice and she had some designs on display that was both traditional and contempory. My first impression was that an interior designer would be too extravagant and would eat in to our budget. However, our experience was completely different from that. Following a round of looking at different designers, three in total we opted to work with Ilze. We were impressed with Ilze’s ability to understand us and our taste after meeting a couple of times. She came up with some designs that we loved and a few that we did not like, but that was ok with her. She shopped for us, we did some shopping ourselves and we went shopping together. We had set a budget and over ran by a few hundred pounds only as Ilze had her fees from within the budget that we had.

I run my own high quality painting and decorating business which, on the domestic market, is Dulux approved. This demands that our jobs have to be of the highest standard and working with Ilze who is knowledgeable, has a great eye for colours, wall coverings and extremely hard working and passionate about her work, helps us greatly in maintaining and promoting these standards. She is great to work with and is very client conscious and focused. Her ability to supply soft furnishings at very competitive rates is second to none and i highly recommend her services.

I was a member with Ilze at BNI business Exec, Solhull. Ilze and I never worked together, however during the networking process you do get a good understanding of how some and their business operate. Ilze was asked to make our son Eachan's dreams come true with a top to bottom makeover of his bedroom which is a very odd shape and has been turned from an ugly duckling into a stunning room for a 12 year old, complete with built in wardrobe, a range of lighting options, new electrics, a large bed, retro red chair and loads of room to play. Eachan said of his room "Its now the best room in the house, I think my mum and dad are very jealous"

Without exception people had looked at our beautiful blinds have expressed their appreciation for the colour and textures of the material and also the quality of the mechanism. We were very pleasantly surprised with the value you unlocked from our budget by being able to deal direct with factories and studios. Especially the bespoke sofa for quite an awkward room has been a revelation both in terms quality and speed of delivery.
